Currently, open modelling tools use XMI files (XMI Metadata Interchange) to interchange models
between them and then reuse these models.
OLIVANOVA XMIExporter is a tool that allows the user to export projects modelled in OLIVANOVA to
Poseidon for UML 2.0.
OLIVANOVA XMIExporter can generate the UML Class Model of a Poseidon project from information
of these model parts: Objects Model, State Transition Diagram and Presentation Model.
The following mapping specifies the OLIVANOVA elements, according to the DTD 3.3 and the
elements of classes diagram of Poseidon, as shown in the following table:
